We are pleased to welcome aboard S&N Pickford Travel, a family-run agency based in Cheshire that has been operating as a travel agent since 1933. Specialising in both leisure and corporate travel, the agency creates tailor-made solutions for even the most complex itineraries.

Due to a shift in focus by the out-going system supplier, the company were forced to transition from the legacy back-office software they had been using for several decades. This necessitated the rapid selection and implementation of a new platform earlier this year.

Taking advantage of this opportunity, S&N Pickford elected to deploy Dolphin’s hosted service to minimise on-going IT support demands, compared with their previous in-house system.

Dolphin has provided integrated GDS capture from Galileo and Amadeus, automated BSP reconciliation, a bespoke invoice report and accounting export into Sage to meet the agency's specific requirements. S&N Pickford is now fully operational with Dolphin and we look forward to working together.
