Welcome Aboard Peak Feeling

A warm welcome to ski holiday experts Peak Feeling, who have recently joined as new users of Dolphin.

Based in the French Alps, they are a small family-run business that specialise in creating tailor-made package ski holidays including catered chalets, self-catering and hotel bookings as well as organising all the other aspects of their clients’ holidays.

Their previous system was Excel-based with smart links between worksheets. While well configured and serving the purpose, it did not allow adequate room for growth and was becoming cumbersome to maintain. Dolphin has provided a step up to a more structured and fit-for-purpose back office tool.
