A warm welcome to Baltic Travel Company who have recently joined as new users of Dolphin.

As a specialist tour operator covering the Baltics and Nordics, as well as other European markets, Baltic Travel Company use their intimate, first-hand knowledge of these destinations and their extensive travel industry experience to tailor-make the perfect holiday

Offering complex, tailormade itineraries comprising multiple products and destinations, Baltic Travel Company previously used manual systems, but turned to Dolphin’s proven mid/back-office platform to help them improve productivity.

Baltic Travel decided to invest in a new system as the markets opened up and bookings took off when the pandemic restrictions were lifted. Keys requirement were reliable integration with their Xero finance system and a joined-up system to streamline workflows – both of which Dolphin was able to deliver. Dolphin’s integrated postcode look-up was also deployed to maximise efficiency and accuracy of data.
