Update from our June Dolphin Customer Conference

A vibrant gathering at Chelsea FC

Last month we had the pleasure of hosting the regular Dolphin Customer Conference at the Millenium & Copthorne Hotel at Chelsea FC. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with many of our valued customers from across the UK.

For those that couldn’t make it, these are the highlights from the day:

- Future strategy discussion – a presentation of Dolphin’s upcoming plans and strategies, providing an insight into what is coming next for the platform.

- New feature recap – a reminder of the latest features we’ve introduced, ensuring everyone is up-to-date with our latest developments.

- Service and communications review – a look at our service and communication protocols along with a summary of results from the last Dolphin User Survey and how we are using this feedback to enhance our customer experience.

- Customer feedback - a chance to gather direct feedback and understand our customers' needs better. These face-to-face interactions provide invaluable insight.

- Industry issues – a discussion covering topical industry issues in a collaborative environment ideal for sharing insights and solutions.

- Networking opportunity - the event was also a great chance for customers to network, exchange ideas and build connections with each other.

This successful event follows our recent conference in Dublin for our Irish customers in May. We’re excited to announce that we are planning a similar event for our Nordic customers in late 2024.
