Dolphin Automates Over 10,000 Bookings During Peaks 2025 with New Tour Operator Booking Capture Functionality

Dolphin’s recently launched tour operator booking capture functionality proved to be a game-changer during the busy 2025 peaks season, automating the import of over 10,000 bookings from key trade websites including Jet2holidays, Expedia TAAP and TUI. This innovation saved Dolphin users countless hours of manual work, allowing agents to spend more time focusing on customer service and less on admin.

The timing for agents couldn’t have been better. As Jet2Holidays drives the shift towards agent self-service, including a deadline for agents to transition to their self-serve amendment platform, tools like Dolphin’s automation are proving essential.

A Jet2holidays spokesperson told TTG last month that, “In the spirit of our Partners2Success strategy, we are always looking at the best ways to make booking and managing holidays easier for our travel agent partners, while ensuring we deliver our award-winning service via our dedicated contact centre.”

With growing demand and further suppliers being integrated, Dolphin expects even higher volumes of automated booking imports in the coming months - streamlining workflows and supporting agents through industry-wide digital shifts.
